This is a very basic hotel (modern rooms) out of town, so you need taxis to get into town and back to the hotel. If you are on a booking of any sort, you are entitled only to the most basic breakfast and dinner ("vegetable salad"), so do not plan to eat there. It is located across the railway track, in among a group of factories, with 2 rubbish tips near the front entrance. On our first morning, we awoke to discover they had run out of water - no water at all in the hotel. The water supply had been poor the previous night, so they must have known about the problem, but did nothing until they actually ran out completely.
